... After it goes back on the FOTA Ban on KERS next year. Despite agreeing that because costs were too restrictive, there would be an f1 ban on KERS, Williams are continuing to develop the system for next year.
Their reasoning is apparently that KERS 'enhances the green credentials' of F1 which has already come under fire because it is effectively just an entertaining way of polluting the environment.
